Description
Our client is a successful company in the e-commerce sector with several hundred employees located in Sanford, ME.We are currently seeking a talented individual (m/f/d) to provide support for our employees in case of questions or issues with the software and hardware used.
As the first point of contact for your colleagues, you will classify disruptions and clarify user questions. You will also assist your colleagues with the installation and use of hardware, software, and peripheral devices. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.Your responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing incoming IT disruption reports
- Conducting error analysis and troubleshooting
- Ensuring efficient and effective customer support
- Proper handling and maintenance of internal databases
Your profile:
- Previous experience in the IT field is desirable
- Open to career changers (m/f/d) with a strong interest in IT
- Good knowledge of Windows
- Familiarity with network technology
- Fluent in German
- Willingness to learn new topics
- Structured and resultsoriented work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a 2shift system
