- Previous experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Provides tours of models or vacant apartments to future residents and referral sources.

- Serves as an educational resource for residents, care givers and staff members.
- Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organization standards for excellence.

Position Summary:
The Community Advisor / Sales Representative is a sales professional responsible for driving and producing revenue. The Community Advisor / Sales Representative is responsible for increasing community awareness, establishing strong referral partnerships, and increasing occupancy levels in a multi-site region of our senior living communities. By creating and following a strategic sales plan, the ideal candidate will drive referrals to the community, manage the sales funnel, and create urgency by following a sales process with prospects to achieve revenue goals.
