Sales-driven Civil Engineer for Growing General Contractor in Warsaw, KY

Even now - during the Corona crisis - the medium-sized construction company is growing, especially in the industrial construction segment.

This division generates a significant share of the total business with approximately 40-50 million EUR.

Due to the rapid growth and focus on the company's future, the future management of this division will be split into a leadership duo.

The sought-after sales-driven leader will be systematically trained in the structures, quality standards, sales and financial responsibility.


The goal:

within a maximum of 2 years, the candidate, together with a colleague, will take on the overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the industrial construction division.


Responsibilities

  • Management and execution of large industrial construction projects
  • Quality, budget and schedule monitoring, planning, coordination and control of sales and commercial project processes
  • Project calculation, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, invoice verification and project controlling
  • Tendering, negotiation and awarding of subcontractor services
  • Acquisition and maintenance of existing customers, networking with project developers, planners, authorities, industrial, commercial and municipal clients
  • Mutual representation with colleague CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION as part of the leadership duo (after approx. 2 years)
  • After taking over the area management, full joint responsibility for the INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION division

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction
