Are you someone who enjoys interacting with people, is service-oriented, and always knows the right approach - both in German and English? Can you identify with Mercedes-AMG and the travels of the AMG Experience? Do you have a good understanding of business and excel at using Excel and CRM systems?


Then you've come to the right place We are looking for a new team member for our "Customer Service Center" in Stuttgart.

Together with our team, you will support and assist interested parties and participants of the AMG Experience throughout the entire process - from consultation and booking to follow-up.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

KEEP IN TOUCH
  • You are the link between participants and events (via phone and digital) and are responsible for customer consultation, event booking, and communication for driving trips, trainings, and other events for national and international premium, private, and business clients.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY
  • You ensure smooth and efficient communication with participants.

BEHIND THE SCENES
  • You handle order processing, including booking and invoicing.

  • You support and work together with your team, taking on responsibilities independently.
