The Catholic Parish Community of Sindelfingen is seeking a volunteer coordinator (m/f/d) for the Catholic parishes in Sindelfingen, starting as soon as possible.


Tasks:

  • You will coordinate, accompany, support and advise volunteer engagement
  • You will develop support measures and initiatives for recruiting and supporting volunteers
  • You will contribute to the development and expansion of a volunteer network
  • You will promote a culture of appreciation and recognition

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a degree in pedagogy or a comparable university degree or a completed vocational training with relevant additional qualifications
  • You possess excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
  • You have the ability to motivate and inspire, work in a team and have great empathy for the topic of volunteering
  • You also have experience in project and management work and are open to new ideas and innovative experiments
  • You are a member of the Catholic Church or a church affiliated with the ACK and identify with Christian goals and values
