We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time (depending on availability) employee (m/f/d) for our client, a major airline, in Grayslake, IL.

The role involves handling inquiries related to freight handling.


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email on behalf of the airline
  • Ensuring data accuracy and making contractual adjustments, as well as preparing and archiving work materials
  • Booking shipments
  • Creating customs and freight documents
  • Requesting any missing documents

Requirements:


  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and accurately
  • Good spatial awareness, willingness to learn, and ability to handle pressure
  • Sales, service, quality, and customeroriented mindset
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
