We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Deer River to start as soon as possible.

This role will focus on security services.

What to expect:

As the Key Account Manager, you will have operational responsibility for the execution of our security services for a defined major client with multiple locations, primarily in NRW.

This includes planning, organizing, and conducting training and instruction for security personnel.

You will also be responsible for managing and leading local management and security staff, as well as planning and procuring human resources in collaboration with the HR department.

You will work closely with project management, the client, and employee representatives. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize processes in your area of responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. You will also support project management in achieving strategic and economic goals for your area of responsibility.

What you should bring:

You should have several years of experience in the field of operational security services, ideally with a major client.

Experience in managing and motivating operational employees is desirable. You should also be an excellent team player and have strong communication and organizational skills.
