What you will do:


We are looking for a purpose-driven individual with strong social skills and motivation to take on challenging tasks in a dynamic environment.

As part of the S2P Process Management Team, you will support the team in running projects, workshops, and monitoring ongoing simplification and standardization initiatives.

This includes driving new initiatives to enhance our Cloud solutions (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP Concur), providing general project management support, and assisting with process documentation and operational tasks (such as Work Zone modifications and updates).

The minimum duration for this position is 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Preferred start date is immediate, and minimum working hours are 15-20 per week.


What you bring:


  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German, fluency in English, knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn and work in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Soft skills: Highly motivated, customer serviceoriented, resultsdriven, proactive, team player, good communication skills, ability to work independently and flexibly, expert in organization and time management, creative
