Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
Monitor and record vital signs of patients
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Escort individuals to appointments or social activities
Follow care plans and ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected

Previous experience in home care, social work, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of ADLs and resident rights is essential
Experience in childcare or patient care is beneficial
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
