The Competence Center Demography in the TPC Consulting division supports employers in optimizing their productivity and attractiveness in the face of demographic challenges.

As Department Head Demographic Management, you will have strategic, professional, sales, and operational responsibility in the field of demography, with a focus on time value accounts, partial retirement, and demographic management.

You will work with motivated colleagues at the interface between corporate clients and sales.

You excel at advising on complex topics and want to develop new ideas with a dedicated, professional team? You are communicative, committed, and enjoy taking on responsibility?
