Description

To strengthen our team at the "Kunterbunt" daycare center in Borne, we are currently looking for a:

Director of the daycare center / Pedagogical specialist (m/f/d)
with a current weekly working time of 32-40 hours.

Your responsibilities:

Taking on leadership tasks
Responsibility for the education, upbringing and care of girls and boys aged 0 years to the completion of 6th grade
Promoting children to become wellrounded individuals in accordance with the facility's concept and the current education plan of Saxony-Anhalt
Managing and providing professional guidance to a team of 6 pedagogical specialists
Responsible for shaping team, concept and quality development processes
Implementing the carrier's concept of Lebenshilfe Bördeland gGmbH and the facility's concept
Organizing work processes, including scheduling, budget management, etc.
Maintaining close, trusting and cooperative relationships with employees, parents and the carrier
Responsible for active cooperation and networking in the social environment

Your profile:

You (m/f/d) have a degree as a "Staterecognized social pedagogue", Bachelor's degree in the field of pedagogy, especially early or childhood education, or you have completed training as a "Staterecognized educator" with professional experience or an equivalent pedagogical qualification
