The Horn & Co. Group operates in the areas of processing, disposal, control, analysis, and distribution.

As a functioning network consisting of four business areas - "Industrial Services", "Minerals Recovery", "Products", and "Analytics" - our goal is to achieve a closed material cycle within the framework of raw material recycling.

We are currently seeking YOU to join our team in Siegen as a Controller (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities will include tasks such as determining key figures, budget calculation/planning, and cost-effectiveness analysis, as well as identifying potential process and cost optimizations.

Your several years of experience as a controller are definitely desired here.

Your independent work style makes it easy for you to analyze internal financial information and to perform pre- and post-calculation of customer orders.

A strong proficiency in Excel and databases is essential.

As you will be reporting to the management and providing recommendations for the implementation of various measures, an entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility are essential.
