We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in 21031 Hamburg:
We are one of the largest organic importers in Germany. Since 1960, we have been importing, producing, and distributing natural and certified organic foods.

At our headquarters in Hamburg, we currently employ over 130 people.

Our core business is the import and processing of organic nuts, dried fruits, seeds, legumes, and grains, with a global reach.

We also package these raw materials under our own brand, BODE NATURKOST. We are passionate about organic

Your future responsibilities:

Leading and developing a team of 13 employees
Budget and result responsibility for the entire sales business
Achieving agreed sales targets
Active sales
Acquisition and expansion of new and existing customer contacts
National and international customer consultation
Implementation of salespromoting measures
Contract and price negotiations on a national and international level
Close cooperation with other departments and reporting to management
Representing the company at national and international trade fairs and customer events

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies
At least three years of relevant professional and leadership experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry
Ability to lead and motivate employees in a solutionoriented manner
Independent and goaloriented work style with high resilience
Strong social skills and customer orientation
