SPECIALIST IN THE FIELD OF PENSION AND WEALTH m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • You support, advise and qualify the sales staff in your area in terms of expertise and sales
  • You create annual plans including sales support measures and act as a multiplier in your field of expertise
  • You are responsible for achieving goals in your business area and bear the responsibility for implementation and results in the areas of pension (including occupational pension schemes) and wealth. As part of market observation, you work closely with executives from various departments, your colleagues and regional representatives.
  • If necessary, you support sales staff in closing deals with their clients.

YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for trained and technically skilled professionals.

In addition to profound knowledge of the industry, the market and the mentioned areas, you should have a winning personality, persuasive skills, a trustworthy and professional demeanor, as well as strong closing abilities.

You are results-oriented and possess the ability to lead employees, recognize their potential and promote their development.
