  • Planning, controlling and monitoring the daily production process based on the production schedule
  • Support in capacity planning and development of target documents
  • Responsibility for meeting planned target times
  • Goaloriented employee management and optimal personnel deployment planning
  • Implementation of improvement measures for quantitative and qualitative key figure optimization
  • Continuous actual and target reporting
  • Responsibility for the technically flawless condition of tools, fixtures, machines and equipment
  • You bring with you: _
  • Successfully completed technical training with corresponding further training as a master or technician
  • Experience in leadership positions advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as a basis for goal and successoriented action
  • Affinity for key figures and problemsolving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Willingness to work shifts
