Description
Your responsibilities:
- Consulting and planning of building automation
- Creation of planning documents, cost calculations, and tender documents for cost group 480 according to the service phases of the HOAI
- Coordination with planning partners and authorities
- Participation in object monitoring, measurement creation, and billing
What you bring:
- Completed degree in building services or electrical engineering or completed technical training with additional qualification as technician/master
- Several years of professional experience in building automation/MSR and knowledge of various bus systems in TGA/ELT are advantageous
- Interdisciplinary thinking and basic understanding of control technology (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB are advantageous
- Confident handling of specialized MSR planning software, ideally TRIC GA-/MSR software, and the MS Office package
- Independent, responsible, and efficient way of working
- Team player with communication and organizational skills
