Description
Manage and dispatch employees, monitor and manage schedule with work start and stop times- Ability to provide technical assistance as needed to technicians
- Ensure adequate planning methodology is maintained to ensure timely completion of installations, service, and repairs
- Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Development and maintenance of training programs
- Strong leadership skills
- Essential customer service skills
- Experience in management role you are there to serve the technician
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent computer skills
- Maintaining safe vehicles
- Ensuring technicians have the proper tools
