Your tasks:

As a member of our team at Lake McMurray, you will be responsible for independently carrying out monthly payroll and salary calculations.

This includes handling all social security and income tax-related matters. You will also be responsible for recording movement data, maintaining master data, and reconciling accounts.

Additionally, you will play a role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the accounting department, specifically in regards to payroll-related topics.

You will also handle reporting and correspondence with authorities, such as filing reports and providing necessary documentation. Your responsibilities will also include creating timely payment files.

You will be the main point of contact for managers and employees regarding payroll and will also communicate with health insurance companies, the occupational accident insurance association, and the tax office on payroll-related matters.

You will also assist with social security and income tax audits. You will work closely with the HR department and accounting department.

Your profile:
You have successfully completed training as a payroll clerk or have a comparable qualification through a commercial apprenticeship. You have previous experience in payroll processing.

You possess solid knowledge of income tax and social security laws, as well as a good understanding of labor law.

You are proficient in MS Office and at least one common payroll software. Your structured, independent, meticulous, and reliable work ethic sets you apart. You have a strong focus on customer service and work discreetly while adhering to data protection regulations.
