Your Profile

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, alternatively Master, Construction Technician or equivalent education
  • Construction site experience
  • You are a team player, appreciate flat hierarchies and have strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experienced in working with common Office programs
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete and formwork construction (preferably exposed concrete up to class 4)
  • Thorough understanding of construction law (VOB(A) to (C))

Your Tasks

  • Execution of building, civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Organization/coordination of personnel, materials and equipment
  • Economic monitoring of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Key person for a friendly and structured working atmosphere
  • Claims management
  • Monitoring of occupational safety
  • Pre- and post-calculation of contracts
  • Settlement of construction services
