Rome City Social Background Service Emergency Call Employee / Driver (m/f/d)

We, the Malteser, are a Catholic service company with diverse social and charitable focuses, particularly in the areas of Social Services, Emergency Services, Transportation Services, and Education.

The Malteser in Landau and Speyer area offer elderly and sick people the opportunity and security to stay in their familiar surroundings with the help of the emergency call system and to call for help in case of an emergency.

To support our team in Kaiserslautern and surrounding areas, we are looking for a new team member as an employee in the emergency call system (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
On-call duty in the background service of the emergency call system
Individual and professional assistance for emergency call customers who have triggered an alarm, or independent decision-making about requesting additional resources (emergency services, emergency doctor, fire department) in coordination with the emergency call center
Documentation of operations according to the guidelines of the quality management manual
Responsibility for customer apartment keys during an operation according to Malteser-specific regulations

What we offer:
Employment in part-time or as a minor employment on a 538€ basis
