How You Can Contribute:

Manage and coordinate customer orders in the IT department from order processing to timely delivery and invoicing
Create and monitor supplier orders, check invoices, and approve payments
Negotiate terms and conditions, evaluate and review offers
Collaborate with internal service departments, customers, and suppliers

What You Bring:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications

Your Profile:

Strong customer orientation
Negotiation skills at a technical and decisionmaking level
Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and via email
Technical understanding
Extensive experience with computer systems
Ability to communicate, handle stress, be proactive, flexible, and work well in a team
