Description

We are looking for you as a full-time service advisor (m/f/d) for our Audi/VW dealership in Memmingen.

Your main tasks:

  • Determining customer needs, especially scope of work, scheduling, customer mobility, additional work, taking into account workshop capacity and availability of parts.
  • Ensuring the promised appointment/workshop scheduling
  • Arranging for parts availability
  • Creating the order in the computer system
  • Advising the customer on the scope, duration, and cost of the work.
  • Providing a replacement vehicle or organizing customer mobility
  • Making necessary arrangements with the responsible person in the workshop
  • Ensuring timely completion
  • Ensuring the required quality of work through test drives and, if necessary, identifying defects
  • Final inspection on the lift
  • Completing the invoice, taking into account warranty and goodwill cases
  • Explaining the work performed and, if applicable, free additional services and handing over the invoice
  • Handling complaints
