At the Technical University of East Westphalia-Lippe, in the Department of Landscape Architecture, in the Sustainable Landscape Design and Development program, located in Höxter, we are currently seeking a position as a part-time

Research and Teaching Assistant (f/m/d):

for 29 hours and 52 minutes per week, starting as soon as possible, for a fixed term of 2 years.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

Leading scientific work in research projects of the Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning
Participation in teaching and organization of the Landscape Architecture program
Assistance in preparing and conducting lectures and excursions
General support in coordinating and solving formal, conceptual, and contentrelated issues
Support in public relations (assisting in building and maintaining the website, creating promotional materials, communicating the program through portals/platforms, etc.)
Advising interested parties, coordinating the application process, and assisting international students with formal and practical matters in the StudentLifeCircle

If you meet the following requirements, we look forward to receiving your application:

Completed academic degree in Landscape Architecture or related fields
Several years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture or related fields (in the context of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and internationally)
Experience abroad, preferably in an Englishspeaking country
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent technical and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, CAD, layout
