We are looking for a Lodge, SC to help us with a major renovation project for an old stone house.

The type of renovation needed is a complete overhaul, including project planning and execution. We do not currently have a project plan in place.

The property in question is a single-family home (villa, townhouse, etc.) and our main motivation for the renovation is to increase its value.

We would like to renovate the bathroom/s, kitchen, living room and/or dining room, bedroom/s and/or room/s, toilet/s, basement, terrace, and attic.

The changes we plan to make include updating the electrical and plumbing systems, painting, replacing doors and floors, installing new windows, plastering, tiling, smoothing walls, and removing textured paint.

The property measures over 100 square meters and is over 40 years old. We are currently in the process of purchasing or evaluating the property (we are not the owners). We are still in the process of choosing and evaluating the property for purchase. We are flexible with the start date for the renovation.

Our main preference for the service is a good balance of quality and price.
