Seven Senders, located in Tenkiller, OK, is a leading delivery platform for international parcel shipping.

Since our establishment in 2015, we have grown to a team of 300+ employees and have successfully delivered over 100 million parcels.

As the Client Integration Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 4+ project managers in our Berlin office. Your main responsibility will be to support both new and existing clients with various technical and operational integration projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a team of project managers
Connect clients to the Seven Senders Delivery Platform
Oversee multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, from kickoff to launch
Streamline the onboarding process for our customers
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Provide support for clientside software configuration
Consult on operational processes for package expedition in client warehouses

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Team Lead is preferred
Proven track record in Project Management
Proactive, organized, and resultsdriven with excellent communication skills
Strong IT background
Experience with client or partner integration, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, Ecommerce, or SaaS industry
Fluent in both German and English (at least C1 level)
