Join our team as a
General Manager (GM) and lead our Corrugated Packaging business at our fully integrated box facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

As the GM, you will have overall responsibility for the success and profitability of the plant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute business strategies while directly leading the operation and commercial teams.

Reporting to the VP of Vice President of Commercial Excellence, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive growth, customer value, and operational excellence.


Location:

This position is an on-site position in Sheboygan, WI with 10-20% local travel for customer visits based on the business needs.

Relocation is offered within the United States for this position.

What You Will Do

Commercial & Operational Leadership:


  • Manage daytoday commercial & operational activities, including financial budgets, operational processes, and direct client interaction.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming team, including various Plant Leadership, Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, and their respective teams.
  • Foster a customercentric culture of performance excellence.
  • Operate in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and prioritize actions to drive customer satisfaction in both quality and service.
  • Drive the implementation of new and fastgrowing technologies to upgrade the manufacturing processes.
  • Develop advantaged manufacturing capabilities aligned with short
- and long-term business priorities.

  • Define operational vision, strategy, and organizational direction.

Business Strategy and Growth:


  • Develop strategies and priorities aligned with a marketfocused vision.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and profitable growth.
  • Coordinate with operations and other capabilities to achieve business goals.

Relationship Building and Collaboration:


  • Build and strengthen existing customer relationships while actively pursuing profitable new relationships.
  • Foster collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal capabilities within a matrixed organization.
  • Embrace our culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship, prioritizing a culturefirst mindset focused on winning together.

Financial Management:


  • Manage financial budgets and improve the profitability of the business.
  • Utilize business and financial acumen to analyze market trends, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.

Compliance, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:


  • Ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations, industry standards, and GP best practices.
  • Prioritize safety in the workplace, implementing and promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify profitable opportunities, diagnose errors, prioritize actions, and optimize systems and processes.
  • Exercise agility in problemsolving to drive continuous improvement and maintain highquality standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the paper or packaging industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a manufacturing plant.
  • Proven track record in talent development and training, fostering growth and advancement within the team.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Direct sales leadership experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.
  • Master's of Business Administration or related advanced degree.
