A glimpse into your workday:

  • Collaborate with the team at our customer service center in Leamington to efficiently plan service visits and meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Install our products in the fields of chromatography/mass spectrometry and molecular spectroscopy, demonstrate device specifications, and train customers on usage and maintenance
  • Perform preventive maintenance and qualification measures on customer equipment to improve device uptime and availability
  • Prepare documentation of maintenance and qualification activities to meet legal requirements

Your key to success:

Education and experience

  • Professional training or university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in natural sciences or mechanical engineering/electronics/medical technology or equivalent
  • Experience in an analytical laboratory is a plus

Knowledge, skills, abilities

  • Curiosity about analytical instruments, systems, applications, new and innovative products and technologies
  • Self-organized and efficient work style
  • Willingness to collaborate and positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of German and English language and good communication skills
  • Good hardware and software knowledge, especially in working with Windows operating systems and applications, as well as the Microsoft Office package
