Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
  • Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Fabricate or repair components as needed
  • Implement maintenance management systems to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor high voltage systems and logic controllers
  • Use voltmeter to diagnose electrical issues

Skills:


  • Proficiency in facilities management and industrial maintenance
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Experience with high voltage systems and logic controllers
  • Ability to fabricate components when necessary
  • Supervisory skills to lead maintenance staff effectively
