Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all facility maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Fabricate or repair components as needed
- Implement maintenance management systems to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor high voltage systems and logic controllers
- Use voltmeter to diagnose electrical issues
Skills:
- Proficiency in facilities management and industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with high voltage systems and logic controllers
- Ability to fabricate components when necessary
- Supervisory skills to lead maintenance staff effectively
