Job Description


As a team leader (m/f/d), it will be your responsibility to expand the success of our branch in East Quincy, CA.

You will develop the hierarchy of the office and have the opportunity to improve your management skills and handle personnel responsibilities.

You will appoint and supervise sales managers and team captains.


Your daily tasks will include:


  • Hiring new applicants and managing personnel
  • Organizing, planning, and managing employee schedules
  • Conducting regular feedback conversations
  • Motivating and managing employee performance
  • Offering sales and communication trainings
  • Reporting to the Brand Operation Manager and Brand Project Manager
