With a history of more than 120 years, the Beamten-Wohnungs-Verein zu Berlin eG is one of the traditional and high-performing housing cooperatives in Berlin.

We manage approximately 8,000 residential units in our own portfolio with the preservation of the cooperative idea, with the help of around 80 employees and approximately 40 employees in our subsidiary.

We are looking for communicative applicants to support our real estate portfolio in full-time or part-time positions.

Your profile should include a completed training as a real estate clerk or a comparable qualification, as well as a professional and reliable work ethic.

Teamwork, customer and service orientation, and proficiency in MS Office (ideally with knowledge of the ERP system "Wodis Sigma") are also important.

A valid driver's license (class B) is required.


Your tasks will include commercial portfolio management, such as handling rental processes from termination to new rental, managing apartment applications, and handling maintenance and insurance claims.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising external service providers and suppliers, as well as corresponding with members, tenants, and business partners.
