- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new employee onboarding by preparing welcome packets, assisting with orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
- Employee Relations: Participate in employee relations activities, including employee communications, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Training and Development: Support the training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
