Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers or businesses
- Load and unload cargo
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues
- Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Ability to drive various vehicles including box trucks, vans or forklifts
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a courier or in commercial driving
- Knowledge of moving and handling goods safely
- Proficiency in operating forklifts or other equipment
- Previous experience driving box trucks or refrigerated trailers
Pay:
$ $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
