We are currently seeking a
Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d) for an automotive group with a French flair.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Receiving orders from the sales team and placing orders for new vehicles
  • Retrieving new and used vehicles and organizing transportation
  • Ensuring timely completion of vehicles and relevant documents for delivery
  • Acting as a liaison between sales, workshop, delivery warehouses, and external companies for modifications
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles
  • Ensuring proper management of sales files
  • Creating, updating, distributing, and regularly tracking sales and order statistics
  • Entering vehicle invoices and invoicing customer orders
  • Reporting vehicle registrations and deliveries from the previous day
