We are looking for a responsible and dedicated office clerk for our home care service in Vincentown, NJ. We provide care and support to individuals in their familiar environment - at home.

Telephone Operator, Secretary


Your tasks:


  • With great commitment, you support the nursing director in organizational and administrative tasks
  • You independently and efficiently manage the office organization and ensure a smooth daily routine
  • Secretarial and administrative tasks, including customer management
  • You coordinate requests for efficient processing of customer concerns to the respective internal departments
  • You communicate with the field team, take their orders, inquiries and requests and forward them to the respective clerk
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers, partners (pharmacies, doctors, etc.) and represent Amor GmbH with your professional appearance

Your profile:


  • Discretion, confidentiality, loyalty
  • Independent, systematic and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills
  • Positive, openminded demeanor with a high value on satisfying customers
  • Clear verbal expression
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • Professional handling of difficult customers
