The Badger Chop Shop is a family-owned business since 1974, with three fast food restaurants in Minden, one in Porta Westfalica, one in Bad Nenndorf, Hameln, and Kirchlengern.

We also operate five company canteens in Porta Westfalica and Minden, a catering service, trade fair catering in Bad Salzuflen, a beach bar, a kiosk, and an excursion restaurant with a lunch menu and upscale à la carte in the evening.

We are currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our restaurant in Hameln.


Requirements:

  • Experience in à la carte
  • Completed apprenticeship as a chef or at least 5 years of experience in the kitchen
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Natural friendliness
  • Motivation to give your best every day
  • Resilience and flexibility

Your tasks:

  • Cooking à la carte
  • Mise en place
  • Working according to hygiene standards
  • Creating work schedules
  • Creating menus and special dishes
  • Personnel communication
  • Leading your own team

Type of employment:
Full-time, permanent


Salary:
€ €20.00 per hour


Working hours:

  • Morning shift
