AWADO Services GmbH is a subsidiary of the Cooperative Association - Association of Regions e.

We primarily advise cooperative banks (and potentially banks from other sectors) holistically on strategic issues that require a comprehensive understanding of business and operations, as well as a solid expertise along the entire value chain.

The main focus lies in building, further developing, and optimizing the business and operations model, including mergers, as well as project management.

We want and will continue to grow - especially in our consulting segment.

As part of this growth, we are also building and developing new control instruments and processes for our cross-company business field, Consulting FS.


Your responsibilities

  • You will establish commercial structures for the newly developed business field, Consulting Financial Services, and continuously develop them
  • You will manage the Consulting business field on an ongoing basis, conduct targetactual comparisons, and derive measures and proposals for action
  • You will take over the multiyear planning and coordinate dates and topics with the involved stakeholders
  • As part of the independent execution of ongoing reporting, you see yourself as a sparring partner for senior management
  • You will contribute to offer and project calculations, as well as special analyses

What you bring

  • You have completed a degree in economics or have a comparable qualification
  • You are familiar with complex issues in corporate management and have
