We are currently seeking a Chief Physician Internal Medicine (m/f/d) with a focus on Geriatrics for a client in Eastern Germany.
The hospital, with two locations, nine specialized departments, and 450 beds, provides basic and standard medical care to the region.
The internal medicine focus on geriatrics is specifically tailored to older patients. The clinic is located in the eastern part of Germany. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Establishing the focus on geriatrics * Managing and leading the specialized department * Responsible for the training of the high-performing medical team * Inpatient care in the Geriatric Clinic YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * Medical license * Specialist (m/f/d) in Internal Medicine or additional qualification in Geriatrics * Experience in personnel management and leadership skills * Business acumen * High level of professional expertise and medical knowledge
