The LBA Luftbildauswertung GmbH is a nationwide company with a focus on aerial image evaluation in the areas of munitions contamination and preliminary investigation of contaminated sites.

Our clients include private builders, commercial and public developers, as well as engineering offices, construction companies, and infrastructure operators.


Are you a communication talent who enjoys working in a team, with a completed (commercial) vocational training and several years of experience in unleashing your team spirit? Then you are in the right place with us in the Office and Customer Management team.


Responsibilities:


You are the first point of contact for our partners and customers and provide basic technical advice over the phone.

You discuss the tasks at hand with your team and carry them out independently and conscientiously. This includes creating individual offers, processing orders, and sending reports.

With your organizational skills, you keep an eye on project management and work side by side with the entire LBA team.

In addition, you ensure the quality of our customer and project database through continuous maintenance.


Qualifications:
You have completed a (commercial) vocational training and at least three years of professional experience. You also impress with your careful actions, reliability, and precision. You are a team player and communicate confidently, even when things get busy.

You are familiar with working with MS Word, Excel, and Access, and we are happy to show you how to use QGIS.
