YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You will manufacture technical components from various materials using machining systems. You will plan and organize machining processes, set up machining systems, and monitor the production process. Typical areas of application include lathes, milling machines, automatic lathes, and programmable machining systems in single and series production.

YOUR TRAINING COURSE
  • Reading, applying, and creating technical documents such as part and assembly drawings, parts lists, tables, diagrams, manuals, and operating instructions
  • Distinguishing, assigning, selecting, and processing materials and auxiliary materials
  • Planning and controlling work and movement processes
  • Maintaining operating resources
  • Manual machining (filing, sawing, chiseling, thread cutting, and reaming)
  • Machine machining (determining and setting machine values, drilling, turning, milling)
  • Setting up machine tools and production systems
  • Operating, monitoring, testing, and maintaining machine tools and production systems
  • Creating programs for numerically controlled machine tools
