Job Description

  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you will greet visitors and be the contact person for guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Control of visitor traffic at the reception
  • General reception tasks including answering and forwarding calls, as well as mail management
  • Control of persons and vehicles, access control
  • In emergency or dangerous situations, as well as in case of incidents, initiate appropriate measures for hazard prevention
  • Reporting and notification procedures
Qualifications

  • Instruction according to 34a GewO (we are happy to further qualify you)
  • Clean criminal record
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • Good English skills at B1 level
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient
