Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an office clerk, office communication specialist, office management specialist, industrial clerk, secretary, communication assistant, project assistant, management assistant, commercial assistant, or further training as an office assistant, secretary, office specialist, or project organization specialist
  • Very good knowledge of German; good knowledge of English is desirable

Your Role

  • Updating various documents such as operating instructions
  • Support with physical correspondence
  • Support with maintaining the SharePoint
  • Maintenance and updating of operating instructions
  • General office tasks and support in procurement
