Role Summary - As a Contract Manager, you will be based in our Berlin office and responsible for creating rental or purchasing contracts for EV charging station locations. You will also monitor the contract life cycle, ensuring financial feasibility and legal compliance in the long term. Your tasks will include evaluating location contracts.

Responsibilities -

  • Review location contracts for financial feasibility and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with the legal department.
  • Continuously revise and adjust standard contracts.
  • Prepare location contracts in collaboration with sales colleagues.
  • Send contracts and track the signing process.
  • Communicate with location partners.
  • Collect and verify customer data for master data maintenance, including using platforms like DocuSign.
  • Collaborate with Finance to organize financial commitments and guarantees in accordance with IFRS16 requirements.
  • Communicate with location partners regarding financial and legal matters.
  • Implement an efficient system for preparing and archiving contracts.
