As a specialist for financing (m/f/d), you will support us at our location in Munich in the development department.

You will help shape the establishment of our financing department and bring your expertise to the following tasks:


Your responsibilities:


  • As our financing expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for financing development projects throughout all stages, from acquisition to land acquisition, project realization, and exit.
  • You enjoy keeping an eye on your area as a whole:
  • Therefore, you will oversee our financing processes from start to finish, including bidding, due diligence, contract negotiations, disbursement phase, repayment, reporting, risk assessment, and reporting.
  • You strive to create added value for projects and for Bayerische Hausbau through wellthoughtout financing concepts.
  • You are the main contact for external capital providers in the development sector and continuously build new, trusting relationships with creditors.
  • As a team player, you support our colleagues in all financing matters.
  • Additionally, you manage treasury processes and ensure smooth payment transactions.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in finance or business administration with a focus on finance/accounting, or a comparable education or training.
  • You have several years of professional experience in development financing or real estate financing.
  • Ideally, you have also gained extensive knowledge in financing with alternative lenders (such as debt funds, insurance companies, etc.).
  • You are a networker with wellmaintained contacts to potential creditors and know how to win
