Your Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing products and indices on a day-to-day basis
Implementing and executing control points in the life-cycle management process
Accurate, timely, and diligent handling of internal and external ad-hoc tasks and inquiries
Creating and sending internal and external reports
Supporting the team in important processes of the company to ensure high service quality for external clients

Your Profile

Minimum of two years of professional experience in front, middle, or back-office at a bank or similar institution
Knowledge in capital markets, ideally with a focus on investment or index solutions
Attention to detail and diligent work ethic
Excellent German and English language skills
Proficiency in MS Office, VBA, or programming languages is a plus
