"We are a strong, medium-sized family-owned company that has been active in the region for over 100 years, primarily in industrial, municipal, and residential construction. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a CALCULATOR FOR HIGH AND CIVIL ENGINEERING (M/F/D).


YOUR TASKS:

  • Creating cost estimates for construction projects in high and civil engineering
  • Developing technical solutions and special proposals
  • Preparing supplementary cost calculations in collaboration with construction management
  • Managing the entire bidding process until the conclusion of the construction contract
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Conducting quantity surveys for billing

YOU BRING:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in cost estimation is an advantage
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding
  • Extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German language skills"
