For our main location in Nümbrecht-Rommelsdorf, we are currently looking for a (m/f/d) to join our team.

Main tasks include

Independent order processing with subsidiaries and distributors worldwide
Comprehensive customer support
Recording and checking of customer orders in the ERP system
First point of contact for branches and customers in the order2cash process
Dispatch/completion of truck, air and sea freight
Transport planning as well as customs and shipment document creation
Handling of correspondence in German and English

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional commercial qualifications
First experience in customer service and commercial order processing
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional foreign language is an advantage)
Proficient in working with an ERP system, preferably SAP-SD, and common MS Office programs
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
