The Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn is currently seeking a
Resource and Planning Officer (100%) for the
Dean's Office of the Faculty of Philosophy to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all financial matters of the Faculty of Philosophy, including budget planning and controlling
Overseeing personnel matters
Planning and managing capacity issues
Advising the faculty leadership on structural matters and planning questions
Supporting relevant committees within the faculty and externally

Your profile:

A completed university degree (ideally in the field of economics), with a doctorate being advantageous
Several years of proven experience in budget and resource management at a university faculty or university administration
Excellent knowledge of both public and commercial accounting and relevant software, particularly SAP
Experience in evaluating and developing corresponding business processes
Strong communication skills, especially in presenting complex issues, combined with high social competence
Resilient and flexible
Team player
First experience in leadership
Used to working independently, cooper
