We are currently looking for a pedagogical employee for our neighborhood project (m/f/d) in part-time, reference number Q

"Perspectives for the Future" is a cooperation project between the city of Pforzheim and the organizations GBE and Q-PRINTS&SERVICE. The goal is to create and implement offers to improve the living and employment situation of unemployed individuals over 18 years old, especially in the neighborhoods of Weststadt, Innen- und Oststadt, and the current redevelopment area Nordstadt II.

Your tasks will include:

  • Individual counseling, coaching, and group activities
  • Assessment of skills and profiling
  • Counseling and support for participants in various life situations
  • Job application training and assistance with finding apprenticeships and job opportunities
  • Planning and conducting workshops, courses, and events
  • Low-threshold, outreach work in the neighborhoods
  • Collaboration with network and cooperation partners
