Receptionist (m/f/d) in day shift

Your tasks:


  • Reception and care of customers, service providers, etc.
  • Answering and forwarding calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing and distributing mail
  • Preparation of meeting rooms
  • Administrative tasks

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have a background in the hotel industry, gastronomy, or in the commercial sector, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience at the reception
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good computer skills
  • Clientoriented work style and strong communication skills
  • Teamwork
