The kbo Children's Center Munich, a specialized facility with around 300 employees, has been dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents with developmental disorders and disabilities for 50 years.

The Children's Center consists of a large social pediatric center and a specialized clinic for social pediatrics and developmental rehabilitation with 45 beds.

We are looking for:

Head of Quality Management and Patient Coordination (m/f/d):

Starting date:

Immediately

Working hours:

Full-time 100% (38.5 hours/week) or part-time

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Quality Management:

Further development of the already established quality management system
Implementation of the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:201
Consultation of top management regarding the quality management system
Preparation, execution and support of internal and external audits
Training and information of employees regarding the quality management system
Support in the areas of risk, error and complaint management

Patient Coordination:

Professional and disciplinary management of the patient coordination department
Conducting employee discussions and setting goals
Participation in the structural and processoriented redesign of the department
Close cooperation with the Medical Director and management
Ensuring a professional patient service and optimizing organizational processes at the interfaces with healthcare providers and other involved professional groups
Participation in crossdepartmental projects
